Benjamin Pipkin


There is a hugh difference between experience and expertise.  Ben has over 20 years of experience in digital marketing, but 5 years of expertise in data-driven, personalized advertising and the technology that drives the campaigns.

High-level thinking and overall strategies are where Ben really shines, but he is also able to get his hands dirty and create and implement, powerful and profitable campaigns.

In 2014, Ben left the agency world, frustrated with the status quo. Many compaines had CRMs that they were not using, some even had expensive Marketing Automation platforms that no one knew how to use. The solution seemed obvious. Put the data to work, get Sales and Marketing to work together, and close the loop on attribution and reporting. The first iteration of Psynched was born.

Paul Stockhausen


Have you ever started your sales career in a job that was 100% commission based, with 99% rejection, Paul has.  Paul also has lead the sales/marketing department of a multi-million dollar branch for one of the world’s largest media companies.  Paul understands sales, marketing and sales management because he’s been there and done that.

When Paul’s not fretting over Account Based Marketing initiatives, he’s most likely on a tennis court, Ubering his 3 kids to their various activities or cheering on his beloved Xavier University basketball team.   

Jenner Dold


 With nearly 20 years of creative experience, Jenner has developed complete and successful campaigns for all ad mediums including digital, mobile, social, direct mail, outdoor and television. While part of the agency world, he’s gained a valuable understanding of marketing across a wide variety of client categories such as home, automotive, museum, banking and retail.

As a member of the Psynched team, Jenner will help to convert your bisuness priorities and goals into the creative tactics that will best resonate with your target audience(s).
